Driving and Cell Phones Do Not Mix




Talking on a cell phone while driving increases the risk of a crash but not nearly as much as text messaging while behind the wheel, according to a report released on Tuesday.

The report by the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute found that texting while driving increased the risk of a crash or a near crash by more than 23 times.
